Your Space to land

At The Psych Nook, care is warm, trauma-informed and neuroaffirming. As a Clinical Psychologist I am registered with AHPRA, I deliver compassionate, evidence-based support informed by current research. I'm committed to care that is both clinically grounded and deeply attuned to you as an individual. Real change happens when you feel safe enough to show up honestly, and taking time to connect with your authentic self.

Therapy to me is about creating a space where you can slow down, understand yourself, and feel genuinely heard. A place where your whole story matters, not just the part that brought you here.

I'm a Clinical Psychologist and the human behind The Psych Nook, located here on Yaegl Country in the heart of the Clarence Valley and North Coast. I believe therapy can feel like a nook - warm, unhurried, and simply yours.

I have experience working across the lifespan in public, university, and NDIS private settings, including the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service and school settings.

I appreciate learning how you came to be you. Your story, your relationships, the experiences that have shaped you, all of it matters. By understanding what's brought you here, we can work together to create real and meaningful change.

I work collaboratively and honestly. I'll ask questions, reflect things back, and sometimes offer a gentle challenge when it feels useful. Let’s find a style that works for you.

Yamba is home. I wanted to bring something intentional here in the Northern Rivers, and to people across Australia.

The Psych Nook is shaped by the coast. By its rhythm, its quiet, and the way it has of making space for what matters.
