Services

Whether you're looking for support for yourself, professional supervision, or training for your organisation, you're in the right place. I see clients in person at the Psych Nook in Yamba; a space that has been thoughtfully designed to feel grounding, calm and easy to be in. If you're not local, sessions are available via a secure video platform anywhere in Australia.

I offer flexible appointment times including after hours and weekends on request, so getting support doesn't have to mean rearranging your life.

Please note: My fees are intentionally set below the rates recommended by the Australian Psychological Society ($318) and the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc ($330). The Psych Nook offers medicare rebates for those eligible under the Mental Health Care Plan.

I believe mental health support should be as accessible as possible. Full fee information is on the Working Together page.

Say Hello First

Getting started can feel like a big step. That's why I offer a complimentary 5 to 15 minute phone call. A chance to connect, ask any questions, and get a feel for what working together might look like. There is no obligation to continue further.

Individual Therapy

Warm, evidence-based therapy for adults, adolescents, young people and families. In person in Yamba or via Telehealth anywhere in Australia.

Initial Assessment

Every new client begins with an initial assessment, an 80 minute session, that gives us the space to really get to know each other. I'll ask about what's brought you here, your story, and what you're hoping for. From there, we'll work together to figure out the best way forward.

Ongoing Sessions

Ongoing Sessions run for 50 minutes. I work collaboratively and at your pace, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to what makes sense for you. How often we meet depends on what you need and what works for you - weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We'll work that out together and adjust as things change.

I work with anxiety, low mood, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, body image, parenting, and more.

Clinical Supervision

I offer supervision for provisional psychologists, early-career mental health professionals, and will soon be welcoming clinical psychology registrars.

My approach to supervision is reflective, collaborative and grounded. The same values I bring to therapy.

I'm a Board Approved Supervisor with experience across CAMHS, early intervention, NDIS and private practice settings.

What we can work through:

  • Clinical case consultation

  • Working with complex presentations including trauma and ADHD

  • Intervention and skill development

  • Process and private practice issues

  • Ethical dilemmas

Seminars & Training

I offer seminars and training sessions for mental health professionals, schools and community organisations. Sessions are designed individually, with a focus on delivering practical, evidence-based content in an approachable and engaging format.

I have experience running applied practice groups for mental health professionals and training for teachers in the school setting.

If you have a topic in mind, I'd love to hear from you.
